I have a terrible time finding a place to keep my jewelry. Mostly because I have had a terrible time finding a jewelry holder that I would leave out in my room (and I have to face it, I’m too lazy to put my jewelry in a drawer or somewhere else hidden away). I ran across these Forbidden Fruit Marie Antoinette and Louis Auguste jewelry holders on Apartment Therapy last night and I am smitten. The best part is that they cost just $59.

Curbly has a great post about making a cheap plastic fan over to look like its more expensive vintage cousin. All you need is a cheap fan and a can of spray paint.

Entryways are some of the hardest areas to decorate – especially if your home doesn’t have a formal entry hall. But, if you have a wall (which, we all do) something like this combo shelf-coat rack-chalkboard-key hook-cork board is the perfect way to keep the clutter to a minimum. I really like the look of this vintage clip lamp in SF Girl By Bay’s cottage. While you can find vintage lamps like these at flea markets and on Etsy, Ikea has an inexpensive alternative.

I saw this blanket yesterday on Apartment Therapy and fell in love. Created by Finnish designer, Matti Pikkujämsä, this design is meant to capture the joy of dogs playing at the park.
