Just when I think I’ve seen every pumpkin recipe out there, an even more delicious-looking one comes along. These Pumpkin Spice Latte Blondies are a tripple threat – pumpkin, coffee and the concept of blondies are involved.  The recipe seem relatively simple, too. I can’t wait to give these a try.
