After literally running into the office from our 3-block-away parking garage in 104 degree heat, I could definitely use to come home to one of these Gelato Makers. The Kitchn product review says that it doesn’t just make fabulous ice cream and gelato. It is also dishwasher safe and much quieter than most compressor machines. If it could also drive itself to my house and make a few pints of vanilla bean ice cream by, say, 5:30 today, I’m sold.
