I like to make my holiday gifts in the kitchen. And everybody loves chocolate, I’m planning to make truffles this year. I was surprised to find the recipe only has three ingredients (heavy cream, chocolate and cocoa powder). The truffles can be made up to a week ahead of time so now’s the perfect time to start. I know what I’ll be doing this weekend.
