Blissfully Domestic has a great post with kitchen organization tips. I think the most important kitchen organization tip on there is keeping things you use most close by. I once had a kitchen that only had drawers and cabinets on the other side of the kitchen from the stove. I finally had to buy a spice rack so I could keep spices close.
